I could limit FPS all I wanted but if I had DI in uncapped FPS it just would go up to 800+ FPS. Limiting FPS in nVidia Control Panel does nothing because the game is running in an emulator and so nVidia doesn't even see Diablo running and can't do anything. But even if I do 120 FPS, every 20 seconds it dumps down to 30 FPS and then back up after a second or two.
